Smjesa za vruću bijelu čokoladu praškasti proizvod koji se miješa sa vrućim mlijekom da bi se postigla željena gustoća. 

Upute

150 do 200 grama smjese pomiješati sa 1 litrom mlijeka i zagrijati na 90 stupnjeva da se zgusne. Servirati na temperaturi od 65 do 70 stupnjega. Za pripremu napitka upotrijebiti automat za pripremu vrućih čokoladnih napitaka.

Napitak se može pripremiti i na aparatu za espresso kavu ili na štednjaku.

Pakiranje

Smjesa dolazi u pakiranju od 2 kg, te proizvodi oko 10 litara čokoladnog napitka.
